Directions

1. Exit the airport and follow signs to FL-388 West.
2. Merge onto FL-79 South.
3. Continue to US Highway 98 West toward Destin.
4. Turn left onto Scenic Gulf Drive.
5. Continue approximately ½ mile.
6. Turn into Gulf Winds East.
7. Proceed to Unit 12.

🚗 From Highway 98

1. From US Highway 98, turn south onto Holiday Road.
2. At the three-way stop, turn right (west) onto Scenic Gulf Drive.
3. Continue about 1 mile.
4. Gulf Winds East will be on the right (north) side of Scenic Gulf Drive, just east of Beach Retreat and next to Gulfview.
5. Turn into the community and proceed to Unit 12.

• Complimentary parking for 2 vehicles
• Park only in designated spaces assigned to the unit or marked guest spaces, if available.
• Boats, trailers, RVs, and oversized vehicles are not permitted by the HOA.

🏖️ Private Beach Access

One of the best features of Pearl of the Sea Vacation Rentals is the private deeded beach access, located directly across Scenic Gulf Drive from the community.

Simply:

1. Exit the community.
2. Carefully cross Scenic Gulf Drive at the designated crossing.
3. Walk through the private beach access gate.
4. In just a few minutes, you'll be enjoying the beautiful sugar-white sand and emerald-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The beach access also features a Gulf-front gazebo, making it a wonderful place to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or watch the sunset.
