Hi, I'm Ling, and welcome to Pearl of the Sea Vacation Rentals!

My husband, Rusty, and I have been happily married for over 25 years, and we are the proud parents of two recently married sons, both of whom are professional pilots. As our family continues to grow, we've come to appreciate that life's greatest treasures aren't things—they're the memories we create together. Whether it's gathering around the dinner table, traveling to new destinations, or watching the sun set over the Gulf, we cherish every opportunity to slow down and enjoy time with the people we love.

That belief is what inspired Pearl of the Sea.

Creating beautiful spaces where families and friends can relax, reconnect, and make lifelong memories has become one of my greatest passions. I have always loved hospitality, decorating, home renovation, and creating welcoming environments that make people feel instantly at home. Every room, every piece of décor, and every thoughtful amenity has been intentionally selected to create a relaxing, elevated, and memorable guest experience.

When we're not enjoying the Emerald Coast, you'll usually find us hiking scenic trails, scuba diving, snowboarding in the mountains, traveling, cooking together, gardening, exploring charming towns, or simply soaking in another breathtaking beach sunset. These experiences remind us how meaningful time together truly is, and they're the inspiration behind the experience we hope to provide for every guest.

As a boutique host, I personally oversee every detail of Pearl of the Sea—from the design and furnishings to the amenities, cleanliness, and guest experience—because I believe exceptional hospitality is found in the little things. My goal is for you to arrive to a home that feels beautiful, comfortable, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully prepared for your stay.

One of my favorite parts of hosting is helping guests experience the Emerald Coast like a local. I'm always happy to share my favorite restaurants, coffee shops, hidden gems, outdoor adventures, and family-friendly activities so you can make the most of your vacation.
